Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Airoli / Jui Nagar, Navi Mumbai for a Pre-Sales Trainer . The Pre-Sales Trainer will design, develop, and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the pre-sales team. Key responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, creating training content, facilitating workshops, evaluating employee performance, mentoring team members, and refining sales strategy through targeted education. The Pre-Sales Trainer will collaborate closely with management to align training programs with organizational goals and customer service excellence. Qualifications 12+ International BPO training experience in the sales domain. Strong expertise in Pre-Sales Trainings and Training & Development methodologies. Proficiency in delivering interactive presentations with excellent Presentation Skills. Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams. Experience in Customer Service to align sales strategies with client needs. Relevant experience or certifications in corporate training, sales enablement, or related fields. Ability to assess training impact and adapt methods for continuous improvement. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools is a plus.
