Role Description:- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Marketing located in Coimbatore.- The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing market planning and developing comprehensive marketing strategies.- Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, coordinating public relations efforts, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.- The role requires strong leadership skills to guide the marketing team and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities and Duties:- The incumbent plays a crucial role in shaping the brand's identity and outreach.- Should be responsible for crafting effective marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.- Should possess a flair for creative writing that captures attention.- Oversee campaign from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.- Should be able to analyze market trends.- Should be able to understand competitors & refine strategies. -Should be able to manage budgets wisely.- A successful campaign needs financial oversight to maximize ROI without overspending.- Collaboration is vital too-working closely with sales, product development, and creative teams fosters innovative ideas. -Must monitor campaign performance which is critical for ongoing improvement.- Adjustments based on data insights keep initiatives relevant and impactful in an ever-evolving marketplace.
