- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Manager position based in Howrah, with some work-from-home flexibility.


- The Team Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, ensure adherence to company policies, and facilitate the professional development of team members.


- Responsibilities will include setting targets, monitoring progress, and coordinating with different departments to achieve organizational Leadership and Team Management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Experience in setting and achieving team targets

- Proficiency in performance monitoring and reporting

- Ability to work hybrid with occasional travel to the Howrah office

- Experience in the health insurance sector is a plus
