Your Job

To develop market share of focus crops as well as build up a long term relationship with B2B customers in line with the M&S strategy in order to realize profitability and partnership. To be the one-point contact for all institutional key accounts to drive the business growth in country and develop partnerships.


Main Areas Of Responsibilities And Key Activities


Sales

To identify the key institutional accounts and work closely with them to get the desired business results.

To research, source, make initial contact and meet potential clients to accurately qualify the prospect and establish needs.

To develop strong understanding of customers, market dynamics and requirements of B2B business group.

To do the product advocacy to develop a strong ‘word of mouth’ among key stakeholders.

  • and negotiate with customers regarding annual contracts and concepts, within broader guidelines, in line with M&S strategy to realize the short-term sales targets and the long term partnerships.
  • review, adapt and execute the annual sales plan in line with M&S strategy and within company in order to match the plan with the production plan and stock.
  • of the sales orders in salesforce, monitor the process for fast execution in close coordination with customer service.
  • the introduction of new varieties among institutional customers and propose on price level, and product forms in line with M&S strategy.

Develop and execute customer (dealers) management, maintain good relationship and improve their loyalty, and make sure their marketing activities in line with company strategies.

Sales & Support activities in coordination with all stakeholders for export accounts.

Handling the complaints, if any effectively which is arising at the customer level in close coordination with all internal stakeholders.


Marketing

  • all kind of market and competitor information (prices, new launches, market intelligence support, product related information etc.) to relevant stakeholders in order to contribute to the formulation of the marketing and sales plan in the respective crops.
  • annual business plans are formulated with all the strategic customers and updated in system.
  • and support all kinds of field days for B2B customers, marketing programs by working closely with all stakeholders including customer marketing, product development team.


Cash Management

  • Take care of the money collection in line with the financial policy and the payment terms within company in order to ensure enough cash flow and credit management.
  • Ensure that all the financial metrics are well monitored/reviewed periodically (DSO in particular).


Your profile

  • Master’s in business administration/agriculture
  • Relevant prior experience of 5 to 7 years in handling key accounts. Seeds industry experience is preferred.
  • Competencies required - Commercial skills, Customer Focus, Planning capability , Team player
