  • Write, edit, and format technical proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other client solicitations.
  • Tailor proposal content to address specific client needs and highlight the benefits of our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and best practices.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical information and insights.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of proposal content.
  • Review and edit proposal sections for clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy.
  • Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry developments to inform proposal strategies

Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools.
