Description:About the RoleWere seeking a Product Manager who can own the full product lifecycle- from ideation to launch to continuous improvement - across both external SaaS products and internal enterprise systems.In this role, youll lead the development of solutions for MSMEs as well as enterprise platforms that power our internal teams and business operations. Youll bridge strategic thinking and technical depth, working closely with stakeholders across business, technology, and design to build scalable, impactful products from scratch.This role requires a strong mix of business understanding, user empathy, and technical capability, and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems across both customer-facing and enterprise contexts.Key Responsibilities:- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for multiple product lines including internal enterprise systems and SaaS solutions for MSMEs.- Collaborate with business leaders and internal users to identify pain points, define success metrics, and translate them into clear product requirements.- Partner with engineering and design to build intuitive, scalable, and automation-focused solutions that improve both customer and employee experiences.- Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end from research and concept design to development, rollout, and iteration.- Ensure every product feature is tied to business outcomes, whether revenue impact, operational efficiency, or customer satisfaction.- Manage multiple product work streams, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.- Define and track KPIs, using analytics to measure adoption, performance and ROI.- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure robust testing, reliability, and smooth deployments.- Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress clearly to leadership and all stakeholders.- Mentor and guide junior PMs or project owners to build product-thinking culture across teams.Required Skills and Experience:- 7-10 years of experience in Product Management, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise systems.- Proven experience building and scaling products from scratch both internal and customer-facing.- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and system integrations.- Technical proficiency with APIs, databases, automation tools, and integrations.- Experience managing cross-functional teams across Design, Development, QA, and Business.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and product delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, etc.)- Analytical and data-driven mindset hands-on with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience developing or managing internal systems such as CRMs, ERPs, or workflow automation platforms.- Exposure to AI/ML-driven product development or automation-led innovation.- Background in high-growth startups or environments managing multiple complex product streams.- Familiarity with no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Bubble.io, Zapier) for rapid prototyping and process automation.
