Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver SAP implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects across multiple modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP solutions, excellent leadership and communication skills, and hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise projects using standard methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end SAP projects within scope, budget, and timelines. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to define project objectives and deliverables. - Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports. - Manage project governance, ensuring adherence to PMO standards, change management, and quality assurance. - Lead cross-functional teams across modules such as SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, HCM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and BTP. - Coordinate with technical teams for system integration, testing, and deployment activities. - Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business readiness for go-live. - Monitor and control project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. - Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to leadership. - Ensure effective post-implementation support and handover to operations teams.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years of project management experience in SAP implementations or rollouts. - Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP Cloud solutions. - Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile / Waterfall methodologies. - Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification is an added advantage. - Ability to work in global environments and manage onsite-offshore delivery models.Preferred Skills (Good to Have):- Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP Analytics Cloud. - Experience in managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations. - Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
