With global revenues of approximately $53 billion in fiscal year 2023, we continue to experience strong growth driven by demand for advisory and digital services.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with Public Cloud to lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in a public cloud environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in SAP project management and a proven ability to deliver complex technology solutions. You will play a critical role in driving project success, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering collaboration across teams.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in a public cloud environment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless execution of project tasks. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery and enhance team performance.Requirements:- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering. - 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and public cloud implementations. - Strong understanding of SAP systems, project methodologies, and cloud-based solutions. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.Preferred Qualifications:- SAP certification in project management or SAP S/4HANA. - Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment. - Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.Location:This position is based in Bengaluru and Pune
