Description :Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Python + React + AWS)Experience : 4 - 7 YearsLocation : PAN India (Preferred - Kolkata)Work Mode : WFH / WFO / Hybrid (Kolkata & Hyderabad)Additional Skills : Healthcare domain experienceJob Summary :We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer (Python + React) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend). You will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of innovative web-based solutions, preferably with exposure to the healthcare domain and cloud technologies (AWS).Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and React.js.- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.- Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.- Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience across browsers and devices.- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies.- Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) for deployment and scaling of applications.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.Must-Have Skills :- Programming Languages : Python, JavaScript (ES6+).- Frontend Frameworks : React- Database : MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.- API Development : RESTful API, JSON, JWT Authentication.- Version Control : Git / GitHub / GitLab.Good-to-Have / Additional Skills :- Healthcare domain experience understanding of HIPAA compliance, HL7 / FHIR standards preferred.- Cloud : Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudWatch, RDS).Educational Qualification :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Soft Skills :- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to new technologies.- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
