Job Title : Recruitment Manager

Location : Bengaluru, India

Employment Type : Full-Time, On-Site

Role Overview:

- As the Recruitment Manager at OCS India, you will spearhead the recruitment process for blue-collar roles such as Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, Maintenance Supervisors, and Shift Engineers.

- You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our recruitment strategies are aligned with organizational objectives, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Your role will require close collaboration with key stakeholders across different departments, ensuring that the recruitment process is streamlined, effective, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end blue-collar recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for blue-collar positions.

- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and other selection processes to ensure the best hiring outcomes.

- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific talent requirements and workforce planning.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and open communication.

- Manage recruitment budgets and optimize recruitment processes to reduce costs without compromising quality.

- Utilize recruitment tools, databases, and platforms to source and track candidates efficiently.

- Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and employment.

- Regularly report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on blue-collar hiring (Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, Maintenance Supervisors, Shift Engineers).

- Familiarity with recruitment tools, databases, and candidate management platforms.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Experience in the facility services or related industry is a plus.

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
