About the Position


We're in search of a talented Architectural Drafter to join our vibrant team. The perfect candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, solid technical skills, and a deep enthusiasm for crafting captivating environments. As an Architectural Drafter at StudioKIA, you'll play a pivotal role in translating design concepts into precise technical drawings and plans, ensuring flawless project execution.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with architects to develop initial design concepts and layouts.
  • Transform design concepts into detailed architectural drawings using CAD software, encompassing floor plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, making necessary adjustments to secure approvals.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into drawings, resolving any design conflicts.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and assist in creating visualizations for presentations.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Architectural Drafting or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong grasp of drafting principles.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project needs.
