Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers. Your attention to detail and proficiency in various drafting software will be crucial in ensuring accurate and precise drawings.

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software such as ArchiCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, and Rhinoceros 3D
- Utilize drafting techniques to produce accurate 2D and 3D models
- Incorporate design changes and modifications as necessary
- Review drawings for errors or discrepancies before finalizing
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to resolve design issues or conflicts
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as ArchiCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and 3ds Max
- Strong knowledge of drafting techniques and principles
- Familiarity with system design and graphic design concepts
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
