Job Title: IT Recruiter – Travel Nurse StaffingLocation: Chennai (Onsite) / Remote Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout Us:RAIS USA Inc. is a leading staffing and workforce solutions provider specialising in IT and healthcare recruitment across the U.S. We are expanding our operations in the Travel Nursing and Healthcare Staffing domain and are looking for a passionate and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our Chennai team.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit qualified Travel Nurses and healthcare professionals for U.S. clients.Coordinate with the U.S. team to understand client requirements, pay packages, and compliance needs.Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate experience, and ensure credential verification.Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to placement and onboarding.Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement.Stay updated on nursing specialties, healthcare compliance, and U.S. visa/work authorization processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field.2–5 years of experience in U.S. healthcare or IT recruitment (Travel Nurse experience preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and professional networks.Willingness to work in U.S. shift (night shift) from the Chennai office.Why Join Us:Opportunity to grow in the U.S. Healthcare Staffing domain.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
