The Manufacturing Garment Apparels Industry situated at Ankleshwar looking for Machine mechanic/Maintenance Incharge.QUALIFICATIONS: ITI, Diploma in mechanical or undergraduate with 10 years’ experience.Hands on experience in Pneumatic me mechanicJob Responsibilities:- To perform routine maintenance repair and troubleshooting on garment manufacturing machines including shewing machines, cutting machines and machine installations.- Repair & replaces machine and equipment’s, setting up and testing to insure proper functioning.- Repairs and replaces machine parted, including gears motors, compression machine.- Maintaining records of machine maintenance repair and performance, including logging works orders, Maintenance schedules and machine downtimes.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:- Machine uptime and availability- Machine performance and efficiency- Quality and compliance- Communication and collaboration- Continues improvement and innovation.Working Days: 6 DaysWorking Hours: General Shifts (Flexible)
