**Job Description - Technician for Repairing Sewing Machines**

Location: Kalher Naka, Kalher, Bhiwandi

Position: Technician for Repairing Sewing Machines

**Main Purpose of the Role**:
The incumbent will be responsible for repairing and testing return products related to sewing machines. The role demands proficiency in mechanical and electrical aspects, preferably with an ITI background.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn how to fix the Sewing Machines that we sell.
- Identify possible issues leading to increased returns.
- Determine if the issue is customer-related or due to manufacturing defects.
- Conduct training for new hires in the repair department.
- Process returns, enter comments into the system, and assign tasks to specific technicians.
- Perform quality checks on machines after they have been repaired by other technicians.
- Analyze return patterns to identify areas for process improvement or report manufacturing defects to the Manager.
- Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 individuals.
- Submit weekly data reports to the Manager.
- Implement strategies to reduce wastage and damage to products, minimizing losses.

- Ability to manage a team and submit reports in a timely manner.
