As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our finance function to support dynamic operations in the agro and FMCG space. We are seeking highly skilled Financial Controllers to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Financial Controller at ETG Group, you will play a key role in leading financial reporting, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial planning. You will be responsible for financial control, monthly and annual closings, and leveraging data tools to enhance financial transparency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in alignment with IFRS standards.

- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and integrity.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

- Use advanced tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Query) for financial modeling, dashboards, and performance tracking.

- Support internal and external audits and address audit findings with corrective actions.

- Provide strategic financial insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 4 to 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial controlling and reporting

- Deep understanding of IFRS and global accounting practices

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Query

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Experience in agro-based industries or FMCG is highly preferred

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
