Job Description :

- We are currently seeking a skilled ALM Engineer with 4-7 years of experience to join our team.

- As an ALM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing first-level user support, application management, and project configuration for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems within the GADP SWX environment.

- You will be responsible for drafting procedures and technical manuals, as well as implementing new processes and improving existing ones.

- Additionally, you will customize tools, maintain and update existing systems, and manage change and incident investigation activities.

Responsibilities :

- First-Level User Support : Provide first-level support to users of ALM systems, addressing their inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and effective manner.

- Application Management : Manage and administer ALM systems, including setup, configuration, customization, and maintenance activities.

- Procedure Drafting : Draft procedures and technical manuals for the use and administration of ALM systems, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.

- Process Definition and Improvement : Define new processes and enhance existing ones to optimize the ALM workflow and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

- Tool Customization : Customize ALM tools to meet specific project requirements and enhance user experience, leveraging existing processes and best practices.

- Maintenance and Update : Perform regular maintenance tasks and updates on ALM systems to ensure their stability, reliability, and security.

- Change Management : Manage changes to ALM systems, including version upgrades, patches, and configurations, while minimizing disruptions to ongoing projects and activities.

- Incident Investigation : Investigate and resolve incidents related to ALM systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 4-7 years of experience in application management, project configuration, or related roles, preferably with exposure to ALM systems.

- Proficiency in ALM tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, IBM Rational ClearCase, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with users at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to draft clear and concise technical documentation, procedures, and manuals.

- Experience in process definition, improvement, and customization within ALM environments.

- Familiarity with change management principles and incident investigation techniques.
