Job Title: Workday QA AnalystLocation:Remote / Chennai / Bengaluru / Pune / Mumbai Shift Timing - 2pm to 11 pm IST Employment Type:Full-TimeAbout the Role We are seeking aWorkday QA Analystto ensure the quality and reliability of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials platform. This role involvesfunctional, regression, and security testingusing both manual and automated approaches, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced Agile environment.Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintainfunctional, regression, and security test casesfor Workday HCM and Financials modules. Develop and runmanual and automated test scriptsto validate business processes and integrations. Performsecurity testing, including role-based access, domain permissions, and segregation of duties (SOD) checks. Collaborate with developers, functional SMEs, and stakeholders to identify defects and ensure timely resolution. Participate inAgile ceremonies(sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to release readiness. Document test plans, results, and maintain traceability for compliance and audit purposes. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and testing processes.Required Skills & Qualifications 4–6 years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years in Workday HCM and/or Financials testing. Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security configuration, and reporting. Hands-on experience with functional and regression testing in SaaS environments. Familiarity with test automation tools (Workday Test Automation or equivalent). Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Nice-to-Have Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).
