Role: Workday Payroll Analyst Work Location:TCS~HYDERABAD~BANGALORE~KOLKATA~MUMBAI~NOIDA~ Mode Of Work:Work from Office onlySkills Required:Workday Payroll Experience Range Required:6 to 8 YearsJob Description: • Design and configure compensation structures including salary plans, hourly plans, allowance plans, and compensation packages. • Set up compensation grades, grade profiles, and pay ranges. • Configure eligibility rules for compensation plans based on job profiles and organizational hierarchy. • Implement business processes for compensation events (e.g., merit increases, bonus payouts). • Develop and maintain integrations related to compensation using EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors. • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Compensation configuration. • Knowledge of Advanced Compensation components (Salary Planning, Bonus, Incentive Plans, Stock Plans). • Familiarity with Workday security model and domain policies. • Experience in Workday reporting tools. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirementsIdeal candidate should be an immediate joiner should be willing to join in third party payroll C2H and then move to TCS payroll upon BGV clearance should have 6+ years of experience in Workday Payroll should have minimum 15 years of regular education
