Key Responsibilities- Generate qualified leads through research, outreach, and campaign activities for the US P&C insurance and technology markets.- Execute targeted email marketing, outreach campaigns, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.- Conduct market research to identify key accounts, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities.- Manage and maintain lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progression.- Own and update lead database, ensuring accuracy and data hygiene.- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.- Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot and others) to track, manage, and report sales activity.- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, campaign performance, and pipeline Requirements- 2+ years of inside sales / lead generation experience in the B2B space (US Market preferred).- Proven expertise in email marketing, campaigns, ABM, and market research.- Strong communication skills verbal and written (fluent English required).- Prior experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools.- Strong ability to own and manage lead databases and pipelines.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced Skills- Experience in SaaS, Insurance, or Technology sales.- Exposure to working with US-based clients and time zones.- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools (ref:iimjobs.com)
