The ideal candidate will have a solid background in thebanking or financial domain , preferably incorporate banking or payments , and possess strong communication and leadership skills to drive delivery across teamsMust have: Must Have Corporate Banking Domain or Banking with Payment domain Experience.Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment ofscalable microservices-based applications . Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements within thebanking domain . Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code delivery using modern engineering practices. Integrate solutions across enterprise systems ensuring security, performance, and compliance. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning. Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and development processes.Required Skills & Experience 8–15 yearsof total IT experience with strong exposure tobanking or financial services . Hands-on expertise inNode.jsandReact.js(experience in both is preferred). Proven experience indesigning, developing, and deploying microservices . Strong understanding ofRESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines . Prior experience incorporate bankingorpayments systemswill be a strong advantage. Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills. Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of complex technical solutions.Good to Have Exposure tocontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes) . Experience withmessage queues(Kafka, RabbitMQ).
