Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join Kaiser Industries Limited in Delhi. This full-time entry-level position is ideal for freshers eager to begin their sales careers in the chemical manufacturing industry. The role involves developing and managing client relationships, expanding market reach, and contributing to business growth through on-ground sales activities. A bike is mandatory for this role as it requires frequent travel within the designated territory.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (Mandatory skill) for effective sales tracking and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability in customer relationship building (Mandatory skill) to ensure long-term client partnerships and satisfaction.
  • Experience in territory management (Mandatory skill) to strategically plan and execute sales activities for optimal results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for effective management of customer interactions and data.
  • Skilled in pipeline management to oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes while nurturing client relationships.
  • Capability in lead generation to identify and cultivate potential opportunities for business expansion.
  • Ability to perform data analysis to gather insights for informed decision-making and strategy development.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of company products and services to effectively present to prospective clients.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to promote customer loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess competitor offerings.
  • Execute sales strategies within the assigned territory to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide timely feedback and forecasts to the management team on sales progress and potential.
