Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Sales Representative to join our company. As a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to interact with shopkeepers and retailers on the field to gather information about product rates and negotiate favourable terms for our corporate gifting clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Conduct on-site visits to various shops, stores, and retailers to gather information on product rates, availability, and any promotional offers. - Build and maintain relationships with shopkeepers and retailers, ensuring effective communication and rapport. - Negotiate pricing and terms with shopkeepers and retailers to secure competitive rates for our corporate gifting clients. - Collaborate with the internal sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized gifting solutions. - Prepare and submit detailed reports, including market insights, and forecasts. - Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our corporate gifting solutions. Qualifications: - Proven experience in field sales or retail sales, preferably in the gifting or FMCG industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with shopkeepers, retailers, and potential customers. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure favourable rates and terms for corporate gifting products. - Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field sales role. - Basic knowledge of corporate gifting trends, products, and market dynamics. - A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. - Professional appearance along with strong customer service skills.
