Codetikki is looking for a Java Question Creator to design conceptual and coding-based questions for assessments and learning modules. You will create both theoretical MCQs and hands-on coding challenges that test real-world Java skills. This role is ideal for someone with strong Java fundamentals who enjoys problem-solving and content creation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop theory questions (MCQs, short answers, scenario-based).
  • Design coding problems with clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases.
  • Categorize questions into difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard).
  • Ensure originality and high quality of questions.
  • Collaborate with the Codetikki team to align with assessment requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
  • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and practical use cases is a plus.
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content.
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or preparing coding challenges is an advantage.
