About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team at Fluro Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of company accounting practices, proficiency in Tally Prime, and excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships through professional communication via email and phone calls.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and reports using Tally Prime.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger accounting.
  • Ensure timely TDS compliance and other statutory requirements.
  • Assist in audits, financial planning, and budgeting.
  • Maintain up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for financial matters.

Education & Qualifications

  • UG: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience required.
  • Good knowledge of company accounting principles.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime.
  • Familiarity with TDS, GST, and statutory compliances.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
