  • Collaborate with the IT stakeholders, such as application owners, operations, and governance teams, to understand their needs and requirements, and provide them with the appropriate solutions and tools.
  • Evaluate and recommend new and emerging technologies and tools, and conduct proofs of concepts and pilots to assess their feasibility and value in collaboration with specialist tools teams.
  • Establish and enforce ASM standards, policies, and best practices across the enterprise, and ensure compliance with internal frameworks.
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze data and KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5-7 years of experience in implementing ASM solutions, or Managed Services delivery (client facing) in Financial Services.
  • Experience of working with Financial Services Clients within Insurance, banking, or Capital Markets
  • Understanding of the Business Functions within Financial Services
  • Good expertise and firsthand experience in ITIL and LEAN ways of working
  • Good expertise in industry standard tools for ITSM, Monitoring, Governance and Reporting, AIOps etc.
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and experience in cloud-based architecture, especially AWS, Azure, or GCP. AWS Solutions Architect certification or Azure Solutions Architect certification would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in solutions for complex, distributed, and microservices-based systems and applications.
  • Experience in working with DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of the organization (internal + external)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
