About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS Consultant to join our team in Pune. As an SAP PS Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the SAP Project Systems (PS) module to meet client-specific business needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving project management solutions, and ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, and PM.



Job Title: SAP PS Consultant

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Experience Level: 4+ years



Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an SAP PS Consultant responsible for the implementation and configuration of the Project Systems (PS) module.
  • Lead or participate in at least one full-cycle SAP PS implementation project.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in SAP Public Cloud, including project planning, budgeting, resource management, and integration.
  • Analyze and document business processes related to project planning, cost tracking, milestone management, and project reporting.
  • Configure the SAP PS module, including WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Network Activities, Cost Planning, and Billing.
  • Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, and PM.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing, deliver user training, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to project management processes within the SAP PS module.


Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP PS with strong configuration and process knowledge.
  • Minimum of 1 full SAP PS implementation project experience (preferably with S/4HANA).
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Public Cloud solutions.
  • Expertise in project planning, cost and resource management, and project accounting.
  • Experience with integration between SAP PS and other modules (FI, CO, MM, SD).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


Nice to Have:

  • SAP certification in the PS module.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Activate methodology.
