As a Retail Marketing Executive in a marketing agency, you will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing retail marketing campaigns for multiple clients across various industries. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of both B2C marketing and agency operations, capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Campaign Management

Work closely with clients to understand their retail marketing objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
Develop tailored retail marketing strategies that align with clients’ brand positioning and sales goals.
Campaign Execution

Oversee the end-to-end execution of retail marketing initiatives, including in-store activations, visual merchandising, and promotional events.
Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for retail clients, ensuring clear and regular communication regarding project status and deliverables.
Manage expectations and provide updates on campaign performance and outcomes.
Market Research & Insights

Conduct competitor analysis and consumer research to identify market trends and opportunities.
Leverage insights to propose innovative retail marketing solutions for clients.
Budget and Resource Management

Develop and manage budgets for retail campaigns, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Allocate resources effectively, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Performance Tracking and Reporting

Monitor the success of campaigns using KPIs such as foot traffic, sales uplift, and brand recall.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, highlighting campaign impact and ROI.
Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital marketing, and PR, to deliver integrated campaigns.
Liaise with third-party vendors, production houses, and retail outlets to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven track record of managing retail campaigns for diverse clients.
Strong understanding of retail environments, consumer behavior, and merchandising principles.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools.
