Job Description :Key Responsibilities :Architecture & Solution Design :- Serve as the Salesforce solution architect to design scalable and maintainable architecture across Mattel's Salesforce Service Cloud org and related integrated third party apps and modules.- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platform best practices.- Define and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, integration patterns, and security models.- Analyze existing solution design and identify opportunities for optimization, better alignment to best practices, and improved functionality for business users.Development & Configuration :- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.- Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, and validation rules.- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and web services.Application Support & Enhancements :- Provide ongoing support for production issues, system performance, and user inquiries.- Manage release cycles, code versioning, sandbox refreshes, and deployment pipelines.- Deliver enhancements and bug fixes while ensuring platform stability and adherence to governance standards.Collaboration & Governance :- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and IT teams to understand business needs and prioritize enhancements.- Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.- Guide junior developers and provide mentoring in Salesforce best practicesCommunication : - Facilitate effective communication between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status, risks, and issues.Problem Solving : - Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational challenges to ensure smooth project execution.Stakeholder Management : - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requirements.Qualifications :- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- Experience : 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and 2+ years in a Salesforce architect or lead developer role or similar experience.- Hands-on experience in CPQ.- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce platform configuration. Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment lifecycle- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.- Cultural Awareness : Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage teams across different time zones.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.- Familiarity with Gitlab CI/CD tool.- Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.- Experience supporting global enterprise Salesforce environments.About Us : We are a leading organization committed to leveraging technology to drive business success.
