Were seeking a Tech Lead with deep expertise in Node.js and modern backend architectures to lead both backend and frontend teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. You'll play a crucial role in architectural decisions, mentoring engineers across the stack, and collaborating closely with DevOps and cross-functional stakeholders.Key Responsibilities :- Lead backend development using Node.js, driving best practices and high-quality code standards.- Design and implement scalable RESTful and event-driven services.- Collaborate closely with DevOps for CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and reliability.- Contribute to technical architecture and help set long-term technology direction.- Coordinate with frontend teams (familiarity with React is a plus) for seamless integration.- Conduct code reviews, technical mentorship, and ensure software development best practices.- Own system design discussions and decision-making on critical backend components.- Drive technical documentation and agile processes within the team.Required Skills & Experience :- 4+ years of backend development experience, primarily with Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred).- Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and REST APIs.- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).- Exposure to React.js or experience collaborating with frontend teams.- Strong knowledge of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis).- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.- Experience with event-driven systems using Kafka/NATS/RabbitMQ.- Understanding of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).- Experience working in startups or fast-paced agile environments.
