Role: USA Sales Manager (IT Services / IT Resourcing) — Remote, Full-TimeExperience: 5+ years pure IT services sales (solutions + resourcing/staffing) with documented quotasTerritory: USA market only; you must already know how to sell into US companies (time zones, buyer personas, sales cycles)Existing network: Must have 10+ active US sales accounts you can immediately engage (not “leads”, not “old contacts”)What you sell: IT solutions + IT resourcing contracts (staff augmentation / dedicated teams / project-based resourcing)Monthly KPI (non-negotiable): 10 new-customer meetings set + minimum 2 resourcing contracts closedOutput expectation: Pipeline built and progressed weekly; no excuses, no “marketing dependency” — you own outreach + conversionSales skills: Cold outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing; strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygieneReporting: Daily Stand up Call & KPI tracking (meetings booked, conversion %, deal value, stage movement); underperformance gets flagged fastCompensation: INR 50,000/month base + up to INR 50,000/month variable (variable paid only on meeting + closure KPI)
