We're Hiring : Backend Engineers (SDE-2 / SDE-3)We're looking for experienced backend engineers to join our team and take ownership of building core products, defining architecture, and delivering end-to-end features.What You'll Do :- Build Core Products: Quickly get up to speed with our Docmate platform and AI-driven Chat/Voice products. Take charge of key components or entire product lines.- Lead Technically: Make architectural decisions, design scalable systems, and influence our long-term technical direction.- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with co-founders and business teams to turn high-level vision into working solutions.- Own Delivery: Be accountable for the entire lifecycle-ideation, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement.What We're Looking For :- Strong backend expertise in Python, Java, or Golang (Django is a plus)- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes- Prior startup experience or a strong ownership mindset is highly preferred- Ideally, a degree from a top 40 engineering college in India (ref:hirist.tech)
