As we build our team, we’re looking for passionate, driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.Your Role:As our Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory, building relationships with retailers, distributors, and HoReCa partners, and ensuring our product becomes a must-have in the market.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy for retail and HoReCa channels.- Identify and acquire new clients, including supermarkets, convenience stores, bars, cafes, hotels, and restaurants.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities, and provide market insights to the team.- Create, Train and support distributors to maximize sales.- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.What We’re Looking For:✅ 5+ years of experience in beverage sales (preferably in retail & HoReCa).✅ Strong network in the beverage industry.✅ A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.✅ Ability to negotiate and close deals with retailers and hospitality businesses.✅ A self-starter who thrives in a startup environment.✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills.✅ Passion for the beverage industry and understanding of trends.What We Offer:A chance to be part of a fast-growing startup with huge potential.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity for faster career growth and leadership roles.Interested?
