Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual for a Junior level Voice Processing role in various BPO companies(Startek,Sagility,WNS etc.). This is a full-time position located in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in chat and voice process is mandatory, as these skills are crucial for effective communication and customer interaction (Mandatory skills).
  • Exemplary communication skills are needed to ensure clear and concise interaction with clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in international voice processes will be beneficial for handling diverse client bases efficiently.
  • We are open to candidates with an undergraduate degree who possess a keen interest in learning and developing their professional skill set.
  • The role suits freshers who are eager to start a rewarding career in voice processing and related services.
  • Sales skills will be required to effectively manage and close deals, promoting company services to potential clients.
  • Technical support skills are imperative for resolving customer queries and providing excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with international clients using your voice processing skills to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Utilize chat and voice process expertise to assist customers efficiently and resolve their queries.
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve service delivery and implement best practices in customer interaction.
  • Handle sales inquiries, guiding potential clients through the sales process with tact and professionalism.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, offering competent support and solutions to clients.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in the database to ensure seamless follow-up processes.
  • Assist in the development of communication strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and participating in team development activities.
