Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 7-12 years of hands-on experience in Static Timing Analysis (STA).

Technical Skills :

- Deep understanding of STA methodologies and concepts, including timing paths, slack analysis, critical path identification, and timing closure.

- Proficiency in using STA tools like PrimeTime, Tweaker, or DMSA (PTECO).

- Experience in handling timing corners, process variations, and signal integrity-related issues.

- Ability to perform STA closure for high-frequency blocks and subsystems.

- Strong understanding of DFT modes and their impact on timing analysis.

- Experience in working with physical design teams to ensure timing signoff.

- Knowledge of physical design flow and ECO implementation.

- Understanding of SDC constraints, OCV, AOCV, and POCV analysis.

- Strong TCL scripting skills for automating STA tasks and integrating with design flows.
