Senior MERN Stack Developer (AI/SEO Focus)

Location: Amsterdam timezone (10 AM - 7 PM)

Salary: $3,000 per month

Type: Full-time, Permanent


We're seeking a seasoned Senior MERN Stack Developer with extensive knowledge of generative AI and SEO to join our team as a full-time employee. In this role, you'll work closely with our development team to create innovative AI-powered SEO tools and web applications. Your expertise in both AI and SEO will be crucial in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that help users optimize their online presence.

  • This position requires expert-level skills in MERN stack development, generative AI, and SEO. If you are not an expert in all three areas, please do not apply.
  • We are looking for a highly experienced professional who can hit the ground running.
  • You must be available to work during our core hours of 10 AM - 7 PM Amsterdam time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Stack Development: Design and develop complex web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), with a focus on AI-driven SEO tools.
  • AI-Powered SEO Tool Creation: Develop a variety of advanced SEO tools leveraging generative AI, including intelligent keyword research tools, AI-enhanced content optimization tools, predictive analytics for SEO, and more.
  • AI Integration: Implement and optimize integrations with generative AI APIs from providers like OpenAI and Anthropic, tailoring them specifically for SEO applications.
  • SEO Expertise Application: Apply in-depth SEO knowledge to ensure our tools provide cutting-edge, effective solutions for modern SEO challenges.
  • AI Model Fine-tuning: Work on fine-tuning AI models for specific SEO tasks, improving their performance and relevance for our unique use cases.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of both AI and SEO trends, continuously incorporating new technologies and strategies into our tools.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with a team of developers, contributing your expertise in AI and SEO to guide project directions and solve complex problems.



Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, Python, Firebase, and MongoDB
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Deep understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in SEO and web development
  • Proven experience in developing AI-powered tools, particularly for SEO applications
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and other cloud services
  • Strong skills in RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git)
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI tools, including integrating and optimizing their APIs for SEO applications
  • Advanced understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning AI models for specific SEO use cases

  • Duration: Permanent, full-time position

Additional Requirements:

  • This is a full-time position. You are expected to work exclusively with our company and are not permitted to engage in any other professional projects during your employment.
  • You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an employment contract stipulating the exclusivity of your work with our company.
