DeltaX - Digital Marketing Manager

DeltaX is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join its Account Management team. You will be responsible for digital campaign management for various client and internal initiatives. You will ultimately be accountable for clients' satisfaction and ability to leverage DeltaX to drive ROI. A person who is committed, disciplined and number driven and has an eagle's eye for catching the tiniest of performance gaps will be a perfect candidate for the role.Your day to day responsibilities shall encompass:- Plan and execute digital media campaigns by identifying the optimal media platforms to use for the campaign and executing effective campaigns with utmost precision- Collaborating with clients and media planners to set goals, troubleshoot, and execute campaigns- Maintain and operate day-to-day campaign spend and allocation for client's media portfolio on various platforms (e.g., pay-per-click search engine marketing, paid inclusions, social ads, display, video, programmatic and other pay-for-performance marketing/ ads)- Simultaneously manage various client's/ media campaigns from ideation to completion- Monitor analytics, business data, build actionable insights and execute optimization recommendations to improve campaign performance- Ability to understand a client's business goals, to anticipate future needs and help determine the ideal media solution- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and specialized platforms- Work closely with the product development, sales and technical account management to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunityWhat you'll need to succeed in the role:- Data driven and sound mathematical ability with proven experience in digital media buying and successful campaign delivery- Good verbal and written communication skills- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and be motivated to take on a new challenges- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment- Strong project management skills- Must be Proactive, Organized and Results Oriented with a strong sense of ownership- Culture sensitivities as you will likely be working on brand campaigns in different market(s)About DeltaXDeltaX is a Data-Driven Digital Advertising Platform built for Agencies and Advertisers to optimally plan, design, buy, track, attribute and report ad campaigns across search, social media, display RTB, Mobile, Video and other media channels.
