Job Description – Test Lead (Credit Card Domain) Location: Mumbai Experience: 9+ Years Role Type: Full-time | QA/Test Lead About the Role We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in the Credit Card domain to lead end-to-end testing activities, ensure delivery quality, and collaborate closely with business, development, and operations teams. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge of credit card processes and hands-on experience in complex banking/financial applications. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, Regression, E2E). Prepare test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test data. Review test cases and ensure 100% coverage of business and technical requirements. Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners for requirement clarification. Conduct defect triage meetings and track defect closure. Ensure timely delivery of test cycles with high quality. Mentor and guide junior testers in the team. Provide status reports to stakeholders and drive process improvements. Required Skills & Expertise Strong experience in Credit Card domain including: Card Issuing & Acquiring Card Lifecycle Management (activation, blocking, reissue, upgrades) Billing & Statement Generation Interest, Fees, and Charge calculations Disputes & Chargebacks Rewards/Loyalty Card Transactions (POS, ATM, E-commerce) Authorization, Clearing & Settlement Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, E2E testing . Knowledge of API Testing , backend validation, and batch job verification. Experience in mainframe or UNIX-based systems (added advantage). Strong understanding of banking workflows and compliance (KYC, AML, fraud rules). Good to Have Experience with card platforms (VisionPLUS, Prime, TSYS, FIS, etc.). Understanding of ISO 8583, EMV standards, Switching systems. Basic SQL for data validation. Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery.
