Job Title: Quality Assurance ManagerRole Summary:We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team of testers and handle team dynamics. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating reports in various formats, client coordination, and stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of testers to ensure high-quality deliverables and handle team dynamics effectively.Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies that meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.Provide training and guidance to team members on testing methodologies and tools.Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of testing processes and procedures.Identify and document defects, work with development teams to resolve issues, and ensure timely closure of defects.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Support the testing effort by developing and maintaining test data, scripts, and other necessary artifacts.Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing with a focus on quality assurance.Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.Experience working with defect management tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Benefits:Our company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.Others:As a member of our team, you'll have opportunities to learn and grow with a dynamic organization that values innovation and excellence.
