Description :Key Responsibilities :- Translate business requirements and product feature enhancements into thoughtful UX strategies and design approaches.- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma for enterprise software, focusing on user needs, journeys, and interaction patterns for less complex design efforts.- Participate actively in design critiques, workshops, and brainstorming sessions with multidisciplinary teams, contributing insights and supporting innovation.- Produce high-fidelity design documentation that leverages existing components and patterns from an established design system.- Deliver dev-ready designs with clear functional annotations to ensure accurate implementation by engineering teams.- Maintain UX consistency across the ecosystem of software products by adhering to design guidelines and best practices.- Support the facilitation of team meetings, design walkthroughs, and collaborative working sessions aligned with project phases and feature goals.- Present design work to stakeholders, gather feedback, and collaborate to refine functionality and user experience.- Identify and escalate potential UX challenges or opportunities, clearly articulating design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale.Qualifications :- 3 to 6 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex business or SaaS applications.- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work on data-intensive or workflow-driven applications.- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and collaborate across disciplines.- Experience conducting usability testing and iterating based on findings.- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
