Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Recruitment, HR Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Analytics:
o Assist in gathering, analysing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights.
o Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
2. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation:
o Develop and document SOPs for HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
o Collaborate with HR teams to standardize workflows.
3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analysis:
o Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze compensation data.
o Provide support in evaluating employee benefits and drafting recommendations.
4. Learning & Development (L&D):
o Contribute to the design and execution of L&D programs.
o Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
5. Collaboration with COEs:
o Partner with Recruitment teams to support hiring initiatives.
o Provide assistance in HR Operations, including employee data management and compliance tracking.
o Engage with L&D and C&B teams on cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic HR environment.
