Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential international markets and customers.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
  1. Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to potential and existing customers.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  1. Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support and product training to customers, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of our products.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any technical issues faced by customers.
  1. Sales Reporting:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the management team.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  1. Travel:
  • Travel internationally to meet with potential and existing customers, attend trade shows, and conduct market research.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the welded mesh or related industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of welded mesh products and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of export and import regulations and procedures.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
