Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer with strong expertise in SAP Hybris Commerce to design, build, and configure applications that align with business processes and application requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading problem-solving initiatives, and ensuring delivery of optimized, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as an SME in SAP Hybris Commerce, driving design and development of application solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Manage and guide team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
  • Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
  • Provide solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across different projects.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team expertise and technical capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure on-time delivery of application features.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance, usability, and innovation in application development.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.

Good To Have Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and system integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of database management and optimization.

Additional Information

  • This role is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • Candidates must possess 15 years of full-time education.
