Greetings from TCS Role : GIS Technical Lead and AnalystExperience Range : 3-15 YearsLocation of Requirement : PAN IndiaJob Description :GIS Technical Lead and Analyst: Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements related to GIS and Esri’s Utility Network Model.Analyze existing GIS workflows and propose improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.Working knowledge about migration and implementation of Esri UNM, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.Collaborate with IT and GIS teams to define data models, schema configurations, and network rules within Esri UNM.Document business and functional requirements, process flows, and system interactions.Assist in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of GIS applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.Provide training and support to end-users on Esri’s UNM capabilities and best practices.Stay updated on Esri’s latest GIS technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvements.Desirable skills and experienceTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and Esri’s Utility Network Model.Industry Knowledge: Experience in Water Utility and GIS data management.Data & Integration: Familiarity with spatial databases, geospatial analysis, and integration with enterprise systems.Preferred Skills:Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to communicate effectively with GIS teams, IT developers, and business users.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and recommend GIS-driven solutions.Experience with Python, SQL, or ModelBuilder for GIS automation.Understanding of utility network configurations, asset management, and network tracing.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools Current location:.Preferred Location:.Total Exp:.Relevant Exp:.Current Organization:Current CTC:.Expected CTC:Highest Education Qualification(Full time):.Notice Period:.Any Career Gap/Education Gap: Kindly apply with your updated resume.
