Description : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements aligned with business goals.- Develop comprehensive artifacts such as user stories, functional requirement documents (FRDs), and acceptance criteria.- Act as a proxy Product Owner within Agile teams to facilitate requirement discussions and sprint activities.- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure shared understanding and smooth project delivery.- Use SQL and BigQuery to perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating results, and coordinating user sign-off.- Collaborate with QA Analysts to create test cases based on business requirements and ensure completeness of validation.- Organize and facilitate UAT sessions and user training post-implementation.- Maintain project documentation including status updates, requirement traceability, release notes, and roadmaps.- Ensure all deliverables reflect USTs core values : Humility, Humanity, and Integrity and adhere to compliance standards.Primary Skills : - SQL Expertise - Ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries for validation and analytics.- Google BigQuery - Hands-on experience with large-scale data analysis, report generation, and dashboard integration.- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in data-driven environments.- Deep understanding of healthcare data systems - especially claims, provider, and member data.- Proficiency in preparing high-quality documentation : FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to function as a liaison across business and technical teams.Secondary Skills : - Exposure to data migration or data transformation projects.- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Experience coordinating UAT and conducting user training sessions.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and Visio.Work Schedule & Location : - Shift : Night shift (4 : 00 PM 1 : 00 AM IST)- Mode : In-office, 5 days a week (ref:hirist.tech)
