We’re Hiring: Brand Manager — Beauty & Wellness (D2C)📍 Malad, Mumbai | Full-Time | In-Office OnlyWe are an early-stage D2C startup in the beauty & wellness space, building meaningful, research-backed products and a brand with long-term vision.We are looking for a Brand Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of brand building, campaigns, content direction, and creative consistency across all platforms.If you love brand storytelling, design direction, and strategy — you will thrive here.🔥 What You’ll DoBuild and maintain the brand identity, tone, and visual languageOwn content direction across social media, ads, website, packagingWork closely with design, content, and performance marketing teamsLead brand campaigns, photoshoots, and launch strategiesOversee packaging communication, ingredient stories, and product messagingManage content calendars, briefs, and creative reviewsEnsure consistency across all customer touchpointsSupport the founder with brand strategy and creative decisions🎨 Who You Are2–5 years experience in Brand Management, Creative Strategy, or MarketingPreferably from beauty, wellness, skincare, haircare, or D2C backgroundStrong understanding of design aesthetics, storytelling, and consumer behaviourHands-on with creative briefing, content planning, and brand communicationAbility to manage designers, editors, and creative teamsExcellent communication and execution skillsSomeone who takes ownership, thinks creatively, and works fast⭐ Why Join UsWork directly with the founder & core teamBuild a brand from scratch — your ideas will shape everythingFast-paced, creative, and high-ownership environmentOpportunity to grow into a senior brand role as the company scales📧 How to ApplySend your resume + portfolio/brand work samples to:healthgenie.pratima@gmail.com
