Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of presales professionals to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement effective presales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.

- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional development.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of team performance metrics to senior management.

- Act as a liaison between the presales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and project ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a presales or team leadership role.

- Strong skills in team management and team handling .

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.

- Proven ability to develop and implement successful presales strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in presales processes.
