Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities
  • Hunt, identify, pursue and close new customers from US Health Systems (Providers), Health Plans (Payers) and the Healthcare target market segment.
  • Set up meetings with the US-based leadership team.
  • Cold call healthcare C-Suite executives, including CIOs and VP-Engineering, to effectively engage and articulate ScaleHealthTech's offering and unique value proposition.
  • Achieve Trusted Advisor status with existing and new clients.
  • Run email campaigns, marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to decision makers.
  • Attain half-yearly and annual sales targets.
  • Leverage key US HealthTech events, such as HIMSS, ViVE, and HLTH, to drive sales and growth objectives.
  • Develop Go-To-Market and Sales strategies focused on target segments.
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 10 years of Healthcare IT Sales experience in the US market with a reputable Health IT Consulting or Product Engineering firm.
  • Demonstrated experience in acquiring new Provider, Payer, and Healthcare ISV customers.
  • Strong network of C-Suite executives in the US Healthcare market.
  • Strong knowledge of the US Healthcare sector, including Providers, Payers, and Healthcare segments.
  • Knowledge of key US Healthcare IT and Digital Health trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in the US EST timezone.
  • Self-starter with a dynamic and sincere approach, self-accountability, and an astute planner with laser-sharp focus on execution and achieving sales results.
  • Candidates with a US B1 Visa are preferred.
  • Ideal locations include Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad.
  • Applicants should be from reputable Health IT Consulting firms.
