Role Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven National Sales and Marketing Director to lead and scale our SaaS-based Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) and Laboratory Information System (LIS) solutions across India. This dual-role position will oversee both revenue generation and brand positioning strategies.

The selected leader will be entrusted with formulating his/her own national team, covering both sales and marketing functions, and will be responsible for executing high-impact GTM strategies for B2B, enterprise healthcare, and government segments.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and own the national sales and marketing strategy with clear KPIs.
  • Identify market expansion opportunities and forge partnerships in both private and government healthcare sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with product, tech, and operations teams to align offerings with market needs.
Team Formation & Management
  • Build and structure your own national sales and marketing team, including zonal sales heads, account executives, digital marketers, brand managers, and tender specialists.
  • Define KRAs, build review systems, and instill a performance-driven culture.
Sales Execution
  • Lead enterprise sales of HIMS and LIS platforms to hospitals, diagnostic labs, healthcare groups, and public health departments.
  • Participate in high-value deal negotiations and government tender processes.
  • Drive end-to-end revenue lifecycle from prospecting to closure and account expansion.
Marketing & Branding
  • Oversee and implement strategic marketing initiatives including:
  • Digital campaigns
  • Lead generation (inbound/outbound)
  • Healthcare conferences & CMEs
  • Thought leadership, PR, and brand messaging
  • Create sector-specific collaterals, case studies, and government-specific presentations.
Customer & Market Intelligence
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers such as hospital CEOs, health secretaries, and procurement officers.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and buyer trends for both private and institutional segments.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales & marketing; with minimum 5 years in a national or zonal leadership role.
  • Deep experience in selling SaaS platforms like HIMS, LIS, EMR, PACS, or healthcare CRMs is mandatory.
  • Proven success in building and managing sales + marketing teams across multiple zones or states.
  • Understanding of public procurement, NHM/PM-JAY programs, GEM portal, and government sales cycle.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, lead nurturing tools, CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce), and B2B sales workflows.

Compensation (CTC):
