Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 8-10 yrs of relevant customer success, account management experience of IT projects in Japan or for a Japanese customer.

- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Education / Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- N1/N2 level Certification in Japanese language is preferred.
